Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

By using Scribbluff you agree to these terms.

1. License. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, under these terms and the store's standard terms (Apple's Licensed Application EULA applies on iOS where it is stricter).
2. Your content. You are responsible for what you write. Do not post anything hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, threatening, or that reveals someone's private information. Answers are shared only with the players in your room and are deleted when the room expires.
3. No tolerance for abuse. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. The app filters offensive words, any player can report an answer, and the host can hide answers and remove players. We review reports within 24 hours and may block devices that abuse the game.
4. Age. You must be at least 13 to use the app, and 17+ (18+ where required) to play the "After Dark" pack.
5. Purchases. Party Pass unlocks all packs for the room it is used in for 24 hours. The lifetime unlock is tied to your store account and can be restored. Payments, refunds and renewals are handled by Apple or Google under their terms.
6. Availability. The game needs an internet connection and our servers. We may change or end features, packs or the service.
7. No warranty / liability. The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages; our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
8. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the new version.
